From the initial consultation through to the final system check the experience was seamless, professional, and refreshingly straight forward. My home never had AC installed before, so it was not an easy remove and replace. They also replaced my 50 year old furnace as well. They handled the entire installation in 2 days with confidence and care. Each day they arrived on time and ready to work. Everyone on the team was courteous, personable and immediately put me at ease with their depth of knowledge. They took the time to explain the scope of work clearly, walked me through my options, and answered my questions thoughtfully - without pressure or unnecessary upselling. The installation was done efficiently and with attention to detail. When installation was completed they thoroughly tested the system and ensured it was working properly and made sure I felt comfortable withe setup and controls. Our air conditioning stopped working in the heat of summer so the prompt and efficient repair provided was greatly appreciated. From the initial scheduling and admin, Katie was very kind, professional and communicated clearly so we knew what to expect and got us scheduled for a technician to come to our home quickly.
