I was beyond impressed with Tony from Community Mechanical. He was referred by another local business, after I’d been given the typical run around/gloom and doom/inevitable upsell by a few other HVAC companies. I took a shot in the dark and called him, and he offered to come out to my house a few hours later. This alone was shocking (in the best way)! After meeting with Tony, I can say he’s one of the most personable, trustworthy, genuine service people (and humans) I’ve ever met. He knows what he’s talking about, he doesn’t try to convince you you need services that aren’t necessary, and he’s truly just a grounding presence when you need it (home repairs are stupidly stressful!)—he oozes warmth and integrity. I can’t recommend him highly enough, and can’t wait to tell more people about him so they can have the same experience I did!

If you are looking for honest and dependable HVAC service, this is your place! My heater went out on the coldest week of the year and right after my hip surgery. They did not hesitate to help and got everything up and running again for us same day, and saved us over a thousand dollars that other repair companies told us we needed to spend. Of course, the blower on my furnace died two nights before our first single-digit freeze of the year. Community had someone out the same day to diagnose then replace the motor.Unfortunately, the new motor was bad as well - I felt both of them myself and know how electric motors should feel - that's not on them but they brought out a space heater to keep my pipes from freezing overnight then had everything working the next day.... for a fraction of what Reddit told me I should have to pay.Jake took the time to explain a lot of how things worked in the blower; this is the first property I've ever owned with a furnace. He also took the time to run a CO check at all the vents.Really appreciate everything Jake and Scott did - I know who my go-to HVAC company is.

Had an amazing experience with community mechanical. Tony came out and listened to my ask for replacing my duct work with some great looking commercial exposed ducting. He came up with a great solution and had his crew come out within a couple of days! That crew was on time and really spent time to verify what I needed and did an amazing job. I had one area that needed to be modified after the work was done and Scott called back and scheduled a return trip immediately to make the modification. They were concerned my wife and I were happy with the end result. The crew that returned were on time and very good to work with! Would recommend these guys to all!! Give them a call for any work on your HVAC systems.

Our residential air conditioning went out in the middle of a very hot spell. Community mechanical was there the next day and figured out the problem in about one minute. They had the part to replace in their truck, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. We are enjoying very comfortable air in our house, thanks to fast, professional, and expert work by community mechanical. They have also done work on our office with just as good results. Whether commercial or residential, heating or cooling, I highly recommend them.

Our family recently had a new furnace and AC system installed paired with a humidifier for the dry winter months. We went with a Trane unit and like the quality. Transitioning from a swamp cooler to AC has been an awesome improvement to our home. The Installation went smooth and system is working great during these hot summer days! I must share how amazing this HVAC company has been, time after time of using them personally & referring them! Always on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and most importantly, trust worthy. Friendly, courteous, and professional service. Community Mechanical Services installed my HVAC system a couple of years ago and I wanted them to come and check the system for any make any adjustments if necessary. The technician showed up on time and ran a check on my heater and humidifier. The humidifier had a small leak in one of the pipes and he quickly repaired it. I was totally pleased with the service and would highly recommend their company for your HVAC needs,
